DISC Personality Profile in Inspire
Inspire allows Leaders to assess their direct reports to quickly assess their direct reports in Inspire to help with 1-1 Conversations based on their personality.
Inspire offers 2 levels of DISC.
The first level is out of the box and comes with your subscription. Managers have the ability to assess their Direct Reports personality and utilize the 1-1 Conversations suggestions to reply to their direct reports.
The 2nd Level of DISC requires that a DISC type is entered into the user's profile either from the DISC survey or a previous assessment.

DISC - Level 1 in Inspire:
- Navigate to the 1-1 Module
- Select one of your Direct Report's 1-1
- Click on the Conversation
- Click on the Respond Link
- Click on the DISC Assessment
- Answer the 12 Questions about your Direct Report
Once all 12 Questions are answered - Select Apply and you will see your Direct Report's DISC applied. In this Example the Direct Report's DISC is I d.
Utilize the “Selected Section” drop down to explore the DISC coaching within the Respond feature:
