Supervisors can get quick insight to the weekly status of their direct report(s) by adding the widget to their homepage.

You can easily view which direct reports have submitted their Weekly Plan, as well as verify if you completed your 1-1 for the week. 

Clicking on a direct report's profile picture opens their 1-1 page.
