Viewing a Report

Reports are a valuable part of Inspire. This article outlines how to view a report.

Types of Reports

The Reports page contains the following standardized Inspire reports specific to the user role(s) assigned to your Inspire account:

        • Objectives
          • Admin Export - Objective Admin Report 
          • Alignment - Objective by Company Level Key Result
          • OKR Counts - Objective Summary Counts 
          • Progress Dashboard
        • User Activity
        • Learning
          • Learning Completion
          • Training Requests
        • Performance

Viewing a Report

1. On the top toolbar, click the Module button and select Reports.

2. On the left side of the Reports page under the Reports section, click the desired reports category to expand and view a list of reports in that category. 

(Only certain reports may be available to you; access is based upon your assigned role.)

3. Click the blue report title to launch the report.

NOTE: Click the Add icon on the right side of a report title to pin the report to the quicklinks section on your homepage.

4. Once a report has been launched, use the following options to search, apply filters, customize views, take snapshots, or export:

Search: Enter your search criteria in the Search field and click the Search icon in the Search field.

Filter: Depending on the report, select the applicable Filter options of your choosing.

View Types: Choose how you would like to have the report displayed from the following view types:

        • Grid: Displays the report in a grid format that can be customized by sort type.
        • Graph: Displays the report in a grid format that can be customized by multiple parameters.
        • Scatter: Displays the report in a scatter plot format.
        • Table: Displays the report content in a table format.
        • Map: Displays map view with a geo location option.

 Snapshots: Allows you to save a snapshot of the report, once you have selected your desired settings.

  Export and Share: Export your report in one of the following file formats:

        • Comma Separated Value (csv)
        • Tab Separated Value (tsv)
        • JavaScript Object Notation (json)
        • Excel Spreadsheet 95 (xls)
        • Excel Spreadsheet (xlsx)
